Edugeek and IE7

Weird problem for me anyway - Edugeek takes 4 minutes to load in IE7 been like this since the Bett show webcam was on the homepage, works fine in Firefox which is no bad thing I prefer Firefox anyhow. Attached screenie is after 2 mins and still loading.

I can concur that this happens to me also on IE7 64Bit and 32Bit AND FireFox.

 

Seems to be when loading Tabs for the forums but also the length of time it takes dependson the time of day also i.e. luchtime always takes longer than late at night.

 

I will not say it takes 4 mins to load but it is definatley longer easily a minute at peak times.

Must be something to do with 64bit then as I'm running 64bit XP, IE7 64 & 32bit display the time delay although as I say Firefox is fine no issues.

BTW it works fine at home for me on my vista 64 ultimate in IE7 and FF.... but that was last night...

Hi Zerohour also checked with Vista Ultimate x64 at home and IE7 32 & 64 bit work fine. btw was it me you wanted a screenie off?

Attached screenie shows what it's waiting for - just testeed again in work and it took 3 mins to fully load.

It was more ICTNUT I was meaning but it helps having more screenies.

Are you running any IE addons? Such as IE7Pro etc?

No special addons apart form the usual(java, flash,shockwave etc.) In fact firefox probably has more addons running.
