Pritnt watermarking/force print driver settings

Hi,

We have just purchased a C2800n epson laser got a good review off "computer shopper of all places! (also has print management software but I haven't tested yet. Anyway, It has the holy grail of school printing built right in there to the print driver watermark with username/computername/date/time/shoe size etc. I can set this up on the server print driver and it works a treat. But when users log in, (desktop authority maps the prints to the print server) the print driver they get is a blank default one with out all my lovely settings, how do I force the print driver the users get to be my version?

When you make your changes are you going through:

 

- Printer Properties

- Advanced Tab

- Printing Defaults...

 

?

 

If you're only setting stuff up via the "Printing preferences" that would explain why it's not working or being passed on.
