Unable to view a powerpoint file1

Hi

 

I have just been given a powerpoint file that will not open

 

"no text convertor is installed for file type"

 

I'm using office 2003 and it is fully updated

 

Any ideas how i can fix this or could anyone let me send them a file to test on another network.
