I agree, GCPW can function independently for signing in to Windows devices with a Google Workspace account. But, it has limited capabilities even with the paid version. While GCPW allows logins on domain-joined devices, I have not been able to get this working with intune managed devices.

Thanks for all the reply's, so it looks like this is not possible with GCPW. Would Azure AD federation with Google Workspace be the best way to mange this? If so does anyone here do this and have advise how to go about it.

Our school mainly uses Google Workspace, but we've recently introduced Intune and Office for some Office users. We're exploring the possibility of allowing Windows login with Google accounts. Do you have experience with this integration? Any challenges, best practices, or tips to share? I know this does not work with GCPW unless you have a onprem ad. Thanks

I have some users having emails crashing using 365 OWA, its only a few users/accounts and sometimes it clears for a while. Has anyone else had the same problem? It's not all emails just a few, some times it stops for a while then comes back. Windows 10 using Chrome and Edge. OS and Browsers have been updated. Given the users a new computer profile to make sure this is not corrupt. Tested with the AV off emails are being delivered without any errors. They will open using, Outlook 2016 or iPads, Mobiles. Asked MS to reset the accounts and they have looked and cant find any problems. I am now stuck with what else I can try. Thanks for any advise given.

I want to run this script at system startup to check to see if its been run before, if not run the Powershell InstallAll.ps1 But it just puts the install text file into C and does not run the Powershell. Works ok if you run it manually. I have tried the amended script and it will only work manually. Also tried GPO to copy the desktop shortcut and this failed.

Hi DJM I can set this up but wanted to see if it worked well in schools.

I am tasked with sorting out the schools calendars over the Summer. At the moment we have various calender's and its all very granular. What I am looking at it having two, main school then a clubs and lettings. I cant work out if I should use the room booking facility within 365 or a separate room booking platform. I do use classroom booking be webman for booking IT equipment but it could be confusing having to use two platforms. What do you guys do?

I am trying Printer properties, advanced and printing defaults black But if a user changes this to colour it stays colour if they log out then back in. I though this would reset it back to black

For cost saving I am trying to get the printers defaulting to mono but I cant get it to stick. I have changed the settings on the print server for the shared printer under: Printer Properties > Advanced > Printing Defaults to BLACK Then if I change the driver under printing preferences on the local machine it keeps these settings even after a reboot. I have tried a GPUpdate and Its not worked. Thanks for any help
