YHGFL Email Slowdown

Does anybody know if YHGFL have solved the problem with slow email delivery yet?

Hi,

 

Spoke to YHGFL today, they seem to think that the problem is due to a corrupt email being bounced around their servers, and this is why the email are going so slow.

 

They also said that they get handle 7Million Emails per month - WOW!

For anyone who is interested, and just to make it clear, I have not joined this forum to snoop on anyones comments. I could have snooped without being a member and no one would have known. I have joined this forum so YHGfL can have right of reply. Sometimes the RBC is easiest to blame but there are many wires to cross before it gets to our grid and also wires beyond our grid to get on the internet. We will accept blame where blame is due and hold our hands up but it is not always the case.

 

Sometimes a little communication is all it takes.
