Video conversion software needed.

Hi there,

Does anyone know of any software, preferably free, to convert video formats? I need to convert the .Mov files on my camera to .3gp so I can play them on my phone. I had a look on t' net but all I found was rubbish.

 

(Oh and it's the videos of my baby daughter... I know what you are thinking )
