Kaspersky & BBC iPlayer

Wasn't sure where to post this, but I'll try here anyway! I'm using Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 and everytime I try to use BBC iPlayer, it loads for like 2 seconds simply crashes the whole browser. I've tried in Firefox, IE7 and Chrome and no luck in any of them. However, the minute I close down Kaspersky, it works completely fine.

 

Anyone know of a particular setting that I may have missed out on that is conflicting?

I'm not familiar with Kaspersky 2009, however I'd recommend you create an exception within Kaspersky for IE7 and possibly Media Player or Real Player, whichever you use.

As far as I'm aware I've created all the exceptions that I need to. But still ain't having any luck.

Which version of Flash are you using?

Thanks mate, that was all it needed, a Flash update. However, I still don't understand why it was clashing with Kaspersky. Anyway, all sorted now!
