I've been finding that quite a few legitimate websites have been getting blocked recently. coming up as quite random catergories as well.

Have you checked that no-one has bolted a fake pharmaceutical phishing site on to your webserver?!

Do you host your website with an external hosting provider? If so it is likely you are on a shared or virtualised server and one of the ways that smartfilter uses to filter sites is based on IP addresses. It is likely that a site hosted on the same server as yours is the cuase of the issue. Blame the supply teachers

That domain is on an external host (Zen). It just has a simple php redirect to our joomla site which is hosted on LancsNGFL. The original domain is there for historical reasons (it was our school website hosting pre-LancsNGFL).

 

The problem was reported to Westfield this morning, but there's still no sign of it being fixed.
