The flash file will probably be in your temp directory when you are viewing it.

Open my computer and type %temp% as the address (including "%").

 

Sort all the files by date then go to the page with the video on. Wait until it is fully buffered then go back to the directory you opened and the latest file should be a flash video file. Give it a name and a .flv extension.
