MS Powertoys gone AWOL

I have a link to MS powertoys on one of my websites so the teachers can use Imageresizer to alter pictures from cameras but the link doesn't work anymore and I can't find an alternative link that works.

 

Anyone know what's happened - has MS pulled them?
