HodgeHi Posted October 18, 2008 Posted October 18, 2008 You could try these. Don't know if they would just sell the cases though. Could always ask... WOC Home

Actually, I found an add the other day (think it might even have been on EduGeek) for Dell's OEM rackmount server - they'll ship a whole rackmount server (the CR100, I think) for you, complete with your software. You don't ever need to see any hardware. Starts around the £500 for a 1U unit, I think. Might be appropriate. -- David Hicks
Messa Posted October 19, 2008 Author Posted October 19, 2008 Yeah i should have mentioned in the first post im looking for 1U, as these have to go in a datacentre... Cheers, keep em coming

john Posted October 19, 2008 Posted October 19, 2008 Had a friend who used Racksurf a year ago I think it was and said they were fine, but I will state that it was a friend that used them not me!
Messa Posted November 18, 2008 Author Posted November 18, 2008 Well, i've bought a case from x-case.co.uk anybody got any thoughts on this company? Thanks
RabbieBurns Posted November 18, 2008 Posted November 18, 2008 the case I got was fine, nice solid build. At 2U, it was a little hard to build in, but its been working fine.
matt40k Posted November 18, 2008 Posted November 18, 2008 Ordered about three from this company personally. Seem alright. It turns up, they are cheap (for a 1u case). They do the job. Not the best. I like supermicro more, but for the price, they can't be bet.
