StewartKnight Posted April 20, 2006 Posted April 20, 2006 I'm upset that I missed it, but for some schools (i.e. us in Cumbria), today was the 1st day back, and believe me, there would have been rioting in the streets if I hadn't been there, as the DHCP server had died!
Ric_ Posted April 20, 2006 Posted April 20, 2006 @StewartKnight: So had Beeswax's and he was hosting the conference! We will get all the materials, audio and pics online ASAP so you won't have missed too much. BTW - anybody that took pictures, made notes or would like to help review the day's events, please PM me
StuartC Posted April 20, 2006 Posted April 20, 2006 had a good day, didn't feel too strange being there, i'm not a school technician (but my job does involve supporting teachers every day, and you guys ) name badges would have been good. Can I propose the template: real name forum name avatar funny sig really nice to meet some people, not only helpful information (I really enjoyed the thin client talk ric) but got a lot more understanding of how you operate and what you are going through when you are calling me for help. I look forward to maybe working with you in the future.
russdev Posted April 20, 2006 Posted April 20, 2006 we did last year have name badges but some sod left them at his hotel on the day ok it was me but then my notes to intro where also at hotel as well could you tell Russ
