They cannot see the GAL or address lists outwith their year (or any member of staff not in their "department") The site says to use Exhange Management Shell - but i did it fine in the Exhange Management Console ... prob cos i have SP1... Not tried it with Outlook Client - only with OWA 2007... Edited October 14, 2008 by Gatt
