Profiles Webpart install error

I thought I would post here and I have posted on the Capita SupportNet site.

 

Hello

 

Has anybody installed the Profiles webparts onto their sharepoint site themselves? I had hoped for a third party to do this for me, but I am having issues contacting them.

 

I have installed the relevant licence file to the SQL database.

 

They are two webparts that I would imagine are needed to be used:

 

Profiles Browser and Profiles Details, when the Pofiles Details webpart is added to the page the following error is shown:

 

"The "ProfilesDetail" Web Part appears to be causing a problem. The RapidSpellWInlineHelperPage property has not been set in RapidSpellWInline"

 

Has anybody installed the Profiles webparts to their Sharepoint solution or have any documentation on how to do so. I'll keep trying the third party in the meantime to see if they will install it on my behalf.

 

I have the feeling it will be quite easy to fix, but you never know.

As a followup....

 

I have found the following on the SupportNet site, but I am unable to edit the webpart as the above errors come up as soon as the webpart is dragged into the site.

3) The profiles and marksheets web parts give errors about RapidSpell

 

Thespell checker relies on Ajax to do its work and requires a page settingup in SharePoint that it can post back to behind the scenes.

 

The solution is to:

 

1) Create a web page in your site.

2) Onto that page drop on the Spell Check Component webpart.

3)Now on the profiles web part edit its properties and you should see aproperty under the Sims Learning Gateway WebPart properties groupcalled Spell Checking - enter the URL of the spell check component inhere.

4) Repeat step 3 for the marksheet webpart.

Does anybody know if its possible to edit a webpart before it has been dragged across onto the site?

Can I just say a big thank you to Richard Willis @ SalamanderSoft Limited - Active Directory & SharePoint provisioning for his help with this over the last 2 days he contacted me directly away from the site and various created scripts etc to allow me to get the relevant information into the webpart. And I am pleased to say it now works
