Unblock a file type in Exchange 2003?

Ok my brain isnt working it's too late in the day. I need to unblock .xml files so we can email exported marksheets to staff. Most staff use OWA and I know how to fix a local copy of Outlook but I cant find where I would do it system wide in the exchange policies.

Somebody put me out of my misery.

That looks great thanks. I was expecting it to be part of a policy but that would be too easy . My Google skills failed me earlier on this one it seems

If I rememebr correctly the OWA Administrator pack thingy (forgot its nice name) its an extra free download you put on your exchange box and go to a different port via the browser also allows you to do that stuff and more like remove and force common settings on OWA for all users of OWA on that server.
