You could block the ports and/or URLs that MSN uses to login with via your web proxy, or redirect them using the local hosts file on the workstations if your web proxy doesn't allow it.

I did a deny all with the firewall rules and then only allowed what I wanted. Adding an allow on port 1863 for MSN on the IP range I use obviously ;)

 

Doing a deny all also solves the problem of anything new emerging and it not being blocked already.
