sdc Posted September 24, 2008 Posted September 24, 2008 Hi I've looked on related threads on here, but can't find anything that relates exactly to my problem, so thought I'd post a new question. We have two global address lists - one for staff, and one for students. All of a sudden, today, my Outlook Address List is showing students, and not staff. As far as I can ascertain this hasn't affected any other members of staff, just me (great!). I have checked the Address Book settings both in Outlook and in Exchange System Damager (sorry, Manager), but nothing jumps out as being wrong. If I turn off caching mode on my Outlook client, then the correct list appears. So I deleted the cached copy of the address list from the Docs and Settings\Application Data\etc folder. However, when turning on caching mode again, it downloads the student list rather than the staff one...! Is there some "group membership" or equivalent which determines which Address List you get? The Mailbox stores' offline address lists are set correctly, so I'm stumped! Any advice and suggestions would be appreciated. Stephen
sdc Posted October 14, 2008 Author Posted October 14, 2008 Just wondering if anyone had any thoughts on this one, please?
