[ms office - 2007] Help Autotext word 2007

Can anyone shed some light on a problem we have

Installed Office 2007 everyone happy except Heads PA she says she cant get auto text to work.

I have found the instructions for moving the old list into 2007 no problem.

Tested it does not work. Read the help file which seams to say you need to set them up as auto correct entries.

 

Am i missing the point here why would you have a function Auto text if you then have to use Auto correct instead

 

It may just be me being stupid so don't hesitate to tell me if i am

You have to press F3 when typing to get the autotext to insert
