Clipchamp - Hangs on "Almost there..."

Does anyone else have this issue?
When I try to create an AI video, it gets all the way to the end and then hangs on the “Almost there…” message and never completes. This happens in both the app and the online version. I’m signed in with a Microsoft account (not a school account, so no licence).

 

Used to work a while back but last few attempts they never finish.  Just adding about 20 pictures and a couple of short videos, tried removing the videos but still never finishes.
