2097 Posted January 12 Posted January 12 Anyone using ExaCube for internet filtering ? We gave notice a while back for Smoothwall and looking for some alternatives for filtering . Dont need a firewall , just filtering with HTTPS decryption . Also seems to cover BYOD and working remotley with onsite hardware.
Adam_Exa Posted January 19 Posted January 19 (edited) Hi, I work with Exa and can help answer this. ExaCube is used by several schools as a filtering platform and doesn’t have to replace an existing firewall if you’re only looking at filtering. It supports HTTPS inspection, BYOD via captive portal, and filtering for users when they’re off-site. I’m happy to arrange a demo with our support team to show how the filtering works, and I can also put you in touch with schools already using it so you can see it firsthand. Feel free to message me if you want to chat further. Thanks Edited January 19 by Adam_Exa
