I have been asked to unblock this page https://www.eastenglandteaching.org however I am getting the following message which is something I have not seen before. Has anyone else seen this block message before or tried to use the site in question?

I would show the requester and my line manager this screen shot and ask them is they really want to access a site that is being blocked by the NCSC.

 

if they want to go ahead it appears you are using the NCSC protective DNS service so you should be able to contact them for more information but I don't think they will unblock it.

 

It's blocked by Cloud DNS here as well but hey may very well get their lists from the NCSC

I suspect PDNS are blocking as it is a newly seen domain: eastenglandteaching.org | URL Scanner | Cloudflare Radar 

 

This is common with the PDNS service. Support will need t be contacted to release it.

You could always use a conditional DNS rule to look this up elsewhere if your DNS server supports that sort of thing.

I'm not even on the school network, just home broadband and and I still get that NCSC block.  It's a badly configured site.

I can get to it using Cloudflare DNS though.

Yeah, that ncsc block is their DNS only - I dont see an awful lot wrong with the site from a cursory glance

Probably not, but you'd expect something a little better from a DfE funded website.
