Copiers and Printer Solutions

Hi everyone,

 

New to Edugeek. Does anyone have any recommendation for Copiers/Printers for School in London. For a small 2 form entry school looking for possibly one or two copiers and a few printers. The copiers looking to keep them on papercut. I've read everywhere that to make sure to use a CCS Framework provider. I also been hearing a lot of good stuff about Ricoh copiers. Does anyone know, do I need to go with a supplier or do Ricoh do the solution directly including things like papercut licensing etc?

We use Ricoh devices and PaperCut directly with Ricoh. If you want our account manager's details, PM me. We've had no problems with them, other than one grumpy engineer who we said we didn't want to see again and haven't. Steer well clear of Alto-Digital. Absolute garbage!

thanks for this. Yes please do send me over the details. I’ve purchased consumables from Alto digital but glad not gone for their MPS then. Had far too many bad experiences with a few companies hence looking for some real-life experience suggestions

+1 for Ricoh. We have 2 x IMC5500 and 1 x IMC3500 with them. We essentially use their own version of papercut called Ricoh cloud print. They have been solid for us, they have the occasional issue, but support are always quick to come out.

Sharp machines for me, good user interface too and easily customisable to keep is simple.
