Outlook Outbox and Scheduled Send for Paripatetic Users

We've got a member of staff who uses scheduled send from the Outlook deksop app regularly and has to split their time between different offices. This is causing problems as, scheduled emails created in one office that are in their Outlook Outbox don't show up (or get sent) when they are in the other office. (They also don't show up anywhere in Web-Outlook which doesn't even have the Outbox visible).

Is there a way to get the Outbox/scheduling to roam between machines?

Im not sure if you can get outbox roaming but I would point the staff member to Outlook on the Web.
