Unknown google admin email

Hi All

We're trying to set up google workspace however we're unsure on which email address has been used to set it up, this was set up by people who have since left a few years ago with no documentation on what it is. Is there an easy way to check what email is set as the current google admin for our tenant without going to the admin portal as we're unable to sign into it
