garethEds Posted October 14, 2025 Posted October 14, 2025 Evening All, I find myself tearing my hair out with Bromcom this evening - not through a fault of the MIS I'm sure. So here I am asking for some help. Teachers have graded pupil in Year 11 with their current GCSE grade. This is in Wales, so we have A*, A, B, C, D, E, F, G. So 15-30 pupils in 15 or so subjects. Teachers have completed the marksheets and all the data is in there. I now need a report that calculates percentages of A*A, A*-C and A*-G for every subject and present it in a table. A grade analysis for this set of results. I thought I had it - and I do - sort of. I can get the break down of each grade as a %age, but I want the 3 I gave in the previous sentence (A*A, A*-C and A*-G) - I'm hoping someone has an idea as I don't want to have to export everything into Excel and do it from there. Was hoping someone may have a report definition I can steal and adapt? Or some advice? Many thanks Gareth
RootsSchImp Posted October 15, 2025 Posted October 15, 2025 Hi Gareth, You could do this by creating assessment types (integer) for A*-A, A*-C and A*-G. On your marksheet use a conditional column to give each student a 1 if they meet the threshold 0 if not. The average of these 1s and 0s is your percentage meeting threshold Good luck Ed
