shadow on touch screen

see attached, looks like this (classroom lights off and notepad opened on pc).

 

Appears on all inputs and even when no signal, guess it's terminal ?

Looks like the backlight is starting to Die

 

i have found one of 3 things will happen

 

it will stay like that

it will get worse

it will completely break overnight 

 

Are you lucky enough to have a long term warranty on it?
