Microsoft Teams Issue

Morning everyone,

I’ve come across a bit of a strange issue. I’ve just migrated a user to our new AD domain and linked the account to Azure AD. Out of the 30 accounts I’ve migrated so far, this is the only one with a problem.

In Microsoft Teams, no teams are showing up for the user, but in the Teams admin centre, they’re still listed as an owner of multiple teams. If I remove the user from a team, wait around five minutes, and then re-add them, the team reappears, and gradually, the rest of the teams begin showing up as well. However, by the next morning, they’ve all disappeared again.

This has been happening consistently for the past two days.
