Hi, has anyone set up and is using the new Lightspeed Filter policies? I've set it up - logically, it's all correct; the policies are assigned to the correct OUs. However, regardless of what "Access Check" I perform, it still says the user is assigned the default policy, even though staff, students, and IT all have different policies assigned to the OU. As usual, Lightspeed support is a waste of space - no response on a ticket for 2 days.

Sorry I can't be of much help, but I started looking at them and setting them up over half term but never got round to testing them (ran out of time) therefore I was going to wait for the summer holidays maybe glad I did if there are issues.

Their support is a bit shall I say nicely poor at times it can sometimes be because you are dealing with an agent in the states and therefore in a different timezone. They did use to have a team in the UK but I don't know any more if they do or not
