Impero - Broadcast

Hi all

 

We have an issue at our school with Impero where when broadcasting, the pupils seem to manage to minimise it.  We haven't been able to capture how they've managed to do this.  I did consider Windows + D, as well as ALT + Tab, but that doesn't affect it.

 

I'm just wondering if anyone has experienced this and if they managed to catch how this is being done?  These are on Windows devices.

Could they (the students) be right-clicking the Impero broadcast on the taskbar and selecting “Minimise”? [If the Impero broadcast is not full screen]

Or opening another desktop? 

We have that issue with Senso

We also see this behaviour sometimes, but it's say 10% of computers in the broadcast. I never figured out why or how the broadcast was windowed or minimised, despite being specified as a full screen broadcast and the other 90% of devices are full screen.
