MDT Deployment 'Getting Ready'

Has anyone experienced a Windows 11 deployment via MDT getting stuck on 'Getting Ready' with the windows logo and the little circle going round for ages? It does eventually move on but its on that screen for a while and really slows deployment down. This has only recently started occurring for me.

No not getting that here Win 11 builds scalding fast I've had to insert 3 pauses so that it gets enough time to reconnect the network card!

Installing fresh straight from the windows iso and then the task sequence and gpo handle installing any software etc

Having the exact same issue - did you ever resolve this?

Unfortunately not and not really had chance to dig any deeper with it, i was wondering if its downloading an update or something.

We've seen on some devices that it is running the MDT deployment behind the 'Getting Ready' window. Sometimes you can also press SHIFT+F10 or CTRL+ALT+DEL to get rid of the 'getting ready' window.
