Seb1780 Posted December 10, 2015 Posted December 10, 2015 I'm trying to rework our Languages VA which involves removing the results of about half the cohort justified by the "what if we changed our entry policy" logic. Being nothing more than a humble DM I'm doing this without question but I seem to have struck a problem. As I was going along I've checked on a couple of occasions to see what effect the changes have made. After the first half dozen pupils the VA report (KS24.VAExp_EB) seemed to reflect the changes I had made with a reduced entry tally and a change VA score. After a dozen amendments I noticed that the entries tally had reduced by only 11. I rechecked the pupils I had done (all seemed fine) and did a couple more. Since then the tally has remained static despite now having amended 16 pupils!? I've pressed all the "Confirm Changes" buttons I can find, but most of these do not seem to do anything. Does anyone have any ideas of what might be happening, or how I can force the update?

Basically, Ofsted turned up a couple of days later so it was all forgotten about (the work was in case Ofsted came a-calling!). I did end up speaking with someone from the RAISEOnline helpdesk and they confirmed that it is a "bit buggy" and if you follow the process and order outlined in the help documents it does work. Any other sequence is not guaranteed to work.
