Google Chromebooks. Newtork Not avaialable

Hi.

Get Network not available on Chromebook's used within a school. It only happens on a school wifi. All settings are correct in the Admin Tenancy. Any Ideas.

Try adding WiFi settings manually on one test device.

 

If you use them, also add the proxy and ssl certificate manually.

Could either be a WIFI problem or a internet filteirng problem (google has a bunch of websites that need to be unbanned for everything to work)

 

If your WIFI and your LAN has the same filtering you can troubleshoot the above by plugging the chromebook in via a USB to CAT5/CAT6 adaptor. They are very handy for troubleshooting weird WIFI problems.

Thanks, do you know where these websites can be obtained.

Also now getting that the Chrombooks go on a loop after entering passwords and username in.
