Opening jpegs in Sims

Hi All.

I have a data manager experiencing issues opening jpeg files in Sims. Not sure what file/folder permissions are needed for this. I have applied full access to local Sims folders/files and granted local admin rights. Our current support provider is unable to resolve this. Can anyone advise?

Tested it here on SIMS connected - it opens jpg files in MS Paint?

 

Check the file associations on the actual PC itself to make sure Jpegs open in Paint or the like?
