    Hi All. I have a data manager experiencing issues opening jpeg files in Sims. Not sure what file/folder permissions are needed for this. I have applied full access to local Sims folders/files and granted local admin rights. Our current support provider is unable to resolve this. Can anyone advise?

    Hi Folks I have a RM CC4 network here and I would like to place a couple of shortcuts on the desktop. Has anyone managed to find a workaround for this?
