Freshdesk Licences / Purchasing

Hi All,

 

Would those people who purchase Freshdesk licences please let me know how you are purchasing these currently? I saw reference to them maybe being on a framework, but struggling to find which one. Or are you purchasing direct from Freshworks? Or via a reseller? How much, if any of a reduction in price are you getting by not buying directly based on the online pricing?

I’m looking at this now and Freshworks have sent me to GCloud but from what I can tell there is no price saving

We purchased directly via Freshworks.

 

However, I was told or picked up in that post that they were on G Cloud and their costs were significantly cheaper - we certainly aren't paying the RRP after lengthy discussions about costs.

We're purchasing directly through Freshworks. We currently purchase 7 agents on the growth plan.

I buy FreshService direct from FreshWorks. With their new Business Agents I downgraded a whole heap of admin staff, with the intention of only keeping IT staff and management on the full license. This removed all discounts from our quote as I was told you need a minimum of 15 licenses to get a discount. I was also told that Education and non-profits no longer get discounts.
