We don't stop them, but there are up to five levels of automated review. LGfL Netsweeper, SmartScreen, Defender, and Defender ATP. Furthermore Microsoft Purview Compliance is increasing in the mix depending on what is done with the file after it is downloaded.

 

Sorry, six levels. Applocker might have a view on what happens after a zip file is opened.

no, but if staff need to create ZIP files for sharing, we have 1 central folder which allows ZIP files. Blocked everywhere else.
