Uniflow does not print

good afternoon, I have uniflow, I send it to print, the job is displayed in secure print but when I click print nothing happens

Check the server, is print stuck in queue?

i checked it, when i turn off uniflow and chose canon driver, everything is wonderful, but i can not use uniflow task's are not printing

Sounds daft but we have had issues were the more complex copiers will fail on a print and do nothing but the simpler ones will print.

Also check your copiers have been updated and registered in the portal I had to do this last week with the update
