ICT Acceptable Usage Policy - How do you do it

How do your staff and students read your ICT Acceptable policy. Do you have a disclaimer prior to each login (for students) and/or do you point staff in the direction of the policy for them to read.

How do you handle all the other policies. I would imagine all would be treated the same.

We have an AUP warning at logon and use Forms/Excel to track annual AUP signings for staff and students.

Staff and student have a pre-logon message stating about agreeing to our terms.

 

6th form and staff sign an AUP when every year / when they first start via a Google Form.
