Smoothwall license question

Hi all,

 

Hope you are keeping well.

 

We have been a happy customer of Smoothwall for many years, running S14 appliance with web filter, firewall, malware etc. Our license is expiring soon and I wanted to renew the license only but for some reason I received a quotation with extended support of S14 and license together. All I am interested in is the license renewal cost. Did anyone else have this issue and how did you manage to get around this issue? You might be thinking why not just ask for license only cost ( I have done that already without success).

 

If any Smoothwall guys read this, could you please help?
