Unable To Delete Staff Member In SIMS

We've had HR add a staff member multiple times to SIMS, when we go to delete them we get, any ideas?

So the member of staff was there last year as a trainee but always going to come back, rather than just re-opening/activating the user when they returned last week, they created a totally new user with exact the same details

 

It's behaviour logs from the last academic year

And I'm guessing the incorrectly-created staff account has got a weeks worth of data linked to it now, right?

 

Ideally, you'd delete the incorrectly-created staff account (if you caught it early enough).

Well, when the user logs in, they have no classes or anything assigned to them but when they search all the classes etc show

 

Yeah if only....Haha

Nothing, under that is a sub heading behaviour management - 21 records

I believe once they have data associated with them you cannot delete, only disable.
