Setting up for work or school screen when logging in

Hi All,

We've reimaged most of the pcs round college and some, not all PCs, they're getting the window settings up for work or school when logging in for the first time, these are PCs which are on our network through SCCM

 

I know a work around is the OOBE\BYPASSNRO after login however is there a GPO to do this or a registry key that can be deleted to stop this happening for first time login
