Anyone else having issues with InTouch?

 

Connection test shows an error:

 

[h=2]502 - Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy server.[/h]

Not sure if this is related to this mornings global issues!

ESS are reporting that it is related to the Crowdstrike issue. Our messages are not getting through either

Many large enterprise systems that use SAP will be down

Got the same issue here. Messages are just queuing.

Same issue in all our school who have intouch.

I was told related to crowdstrike.

That with schools comms, parent pay, sims connected was down also

InTouch has played up as usual around sending public exams results out.

 

Last week with A levels and today with GCSEs we find ourselves having to batch sends in groups of no more than 50 at a time as they 'stick' in Queued Messages.

It's not their fault, how were ESS/Parent Pay expected to know that last Thursday and today were going to be particular busy times for Intouch? There really was no way of them knowing.
