I've been asked to setup Adobe CC in one of our secondary schools and they chose to go down the Shared Device licencing model rather than User (which is what I've deployed out previously at one of our schools)

Package creation and deployment via Intune is now tested, but the students are prompted to create or logon when the software opens.

Will all the users need to create their own account manually (using their school address) or is there a way to "apply" the licences in the Adobe Portal like I would with User licences?

All the users are showing in the Adobe portal as I've linked it to Azure.

Any help appreciated.

I guess. We did the same , but linked to google workspace accounts. They just open the photoshop and sign in with their Google classroom creds

No you can create a federated directory within adobe admin console with azure or google.

It’s kinda straight forward with a couple gotcha. Just follow the steps and the linked videos. Feel free to drop me any q’s if you hit a gotcha you struggling with

Word of wisdom. Don’t let adobe expire you device licenses. Make sure you renew them in good time. As it destroy the tenancy and you have to build from the ground up again. Had to do 2 last week as adobe didn’t notify me of the 30 day renewal.

Not only you have to rebuild the tenancy but you have to recreate and redeploy the package.
