TES - Roombooking systems LDAPS issue?

Is anyone else having issues with staff logging in?

 

Come to double check everything and the page for configuring LDAPS connections is giving me an error about not being able to contact ldaps server.

We had something similar less than a year ago. I not certain but think A server update knocked it out for us and I changed the settings from ldap to ldaps.

 

Assume you checked firewall rule for forwarding rule for ldap/ldaps.

Also check your LDAP source server is allowing LDAPS (different port, 3269 instead of 636).

Interestingly, I changed from ldaps to ldap and back to ldaps and seems to be working again.

 

I’ve sent a message to TES support asking if any reported issues but not heard anything back as yet.

Good luck - Their support is beyond horrendous now (Our system has been completely unusable for 36 days now - Seperate issue but..)
