Schoolbooking.com "Could not connect to the database"

Hi all,

 

Hope you are well.

 

Just come in and a teacher has emailed saying that they could not get onto the room booking system through Schoolbooking.com. I tried and it is saying "Could not connect to the database."

 

Anyone else having issues?

 

I have emailed their support.

We had the same, was going to ring them and it started working again, seems to be cleared now what ever the issue was.

Yeah had an email from their support at 9.10, but I was up a ladder doing cabling.
