Arbor - Electronic Data Collection From New Starters?

Hi,

I'm new to Arbor, due to go live shortly - is there a way I can send out a form like Google Forms to parents of new starters to collect enrolment information e.g. name, address, telephones, emergency contacts, medical/allergies etc. and import it directly into Arbor?

There is no import option that I am aware of, but if you have them on the system as applicants you can give them access to the parent app to add their own data directly (which you then approve in Arbor)

You can upload a certain amount of data by downloading a template from Arbor / Applicants / Intake Seasons / Applicant Uploads. This let us take the info from our admissions portal, and then email out Arbor invite details so that the parents can complete the rest on the Arbor app or website
