Education Tenant UK

Hi,

 

I have been told that in order to move forward with getting licenses we first need an education tenant.

 

We can't apply online as we don't have a .edu email address (we are a nursery school).

 

Does anyone know who / how to contact someone at the UK education team to verify our education status?

Is this a microsoft M365 tenancy?

 

Most of the edu specialist retailers will be able to guide you through this. I've had previous good experiences with Millgate.

When you sign up if Microsoft don’t believe you are edu then you will need to prove yourself.

 

Microsoft support will contact you to do this and if you qualify they will then convert the tenant status.

If they don’t, create a support ticket.
