G-mail Printing issue

I've come across a strange issue in relating print preview within G-mail.

 

I've a couple of users who when they go to print preview a forwarded email the preview just shows the headers and footers cancel the preview the email behind shows correctly. they can then do right click and print the preview is correct.

 

I've checked that Chrome is up to date. cleared cache ensured pop ups are allowed tried other machines.

 

No other users have reported this.
