loxford01 Posted January 31, 2024 Posted January 31, 2024 I am trying to purchase a paid app in Apple School Manager to deploy via Jamf Pro. I have enough VPP credit for the app, however when I click on pay, I get a message saying 'before you can make purchases you must update your billing information. I have checked and there is an expired card on there that needs updating. Is there anyway to make the purchase using the VPP credit without having to update the payment information and having to enter card details?
rossibIT Posted January 31, 2024 Posted January 31, 2024 If it is a free app then just delete the expired card until you can add a new one.
