Lebowski Posted January 25, 2024 Posted January 25, 2024 Hi, been using Mosyle MDM to manage our ipads and it works really well, overall very happy with it. Only gripe I do have is when I purchase a new app on VPP, it can take an age to pull through to Mosyle so I can deploy it to iPads. Does anyone know if there's a way to manually force Mosyle to sync the available apps?

Michael Posted January 25, 2024 Posted January 25, 2024 I think my only issue with Mosyle is if you register a new tenancy for a new school, the interface has been updated and is awful. It doesn't play nice with Edge or Chrome, but only Safari for the most part. I did log a call, only to be told they couldn't re-create it despite my screen recording When allocating policies to particular Locations and/or Carts, the correct number wasn't being displayed. On the older interface this isn't an issue.
